Jaime Ellerie, registered yoga teacher, LMT, CCT, RYT, is a Dubuque native and has been practicing massage therapy for the past seventeen years, working and training worldwide. She specializes in ashi massage and myofascial release utilizing both cupping therapy and combined protocols. Jaime's passion is helping others to reach their ultimate health goals and maintain their well being. She assists both athletes and people with past injuries, chronic pain conditions, headaches, generalized stress, and those who have ambitions of reaching future athletic milestones.

I had a Ashi massage today for the first time ever with Sadie and it was Amazing! She hit all my problem areas and some I didn’t know I had until she worked on them. What an amazing experience. This was my first appointment with Morgan! I have had lots of deep tissue massages in the past. The work that Morgan did with Ashi takes that to next level!
