I had a Ashi massage today for the first time ever with Sadie and it was Amazing! She hit all my problem areas and some I didn’t know I had until she worked on them. I left there being able to turn my head the full motion as it has been stuck and painful to rotate for a very long time. I highly recommend her and will be telling all my friends. Another awesome massage with Sadie. I increased the time to 90 minutes because I was able to lay through it and I feel like they’re helping me a lot with all my sore muscles from work and the nerve pain from the spinal fusion will start going as many times as I can every month all year long because she does such a wonderful job for me. She also showed me some stretches to do to help those sore spots and the nerve pain and gave me some good pointers for the week to keep me feeling the best that I can. Thank you so much!
