- Jaime Ellerie, LMT, CCT, RYT, has been practicing massage therapy since 2001, working and training worldwide. She specializes in ashi massage and myofascial release utilizing both cupping therapy and combined protocols. Jaime's passion is helping others to reach their ultimate health goals and maintain their well being. She assists both athletes and people with past injuries, chronic pain conditions, headaches, generalized stress, and those who have ambitions of reaching future athletic milestones.

- Andrea grew up on a farm in eastern Iowa and now resides in Monticello. She has three beautiful children and two dogs. She graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2020 and has received certifications in Cupping, manual lymphatic drainage,Thai Massage and Ashiatsu. She has been teaching Yoga since 2017 at her studio in Monticello, including hot yoga and trapeze yoga. andrea is a healer by nature and enjoys helping others feel better so they can enjoy life to the fullest!

Andrea was awesome! Loved my ashi massage and cupping. Wasn't sure what to expect, and was very nervous and she made me feel very comfortable and i am defiinately hooked and want to go regularly. So relaxing and felt wonderful!!!
